Smokin' Herb

is a Connecticut, USA based hard rockin' Blues/Rock band that plays music by some of the big names of the 60's and 70's - everything from the Allman bros to Frank Zappa.

We specialize in the heavier old-school rock bands like Led Zeppelin, the Jimi Hendrix Experience, Pink Floyd and Deep Purple, but also play

and Badfinger songs. We do not play southern rock (not much, anyways) and have a strict no Grateful Dead (sorry, it's ok, but not my bag, and once ya play one Dead song, folks can't get enough), country or disc-

policy. If we play it, you can be sure it ROCKS. In fact, we're often told we're like seeing a rock concert in a bar, and much of our A-to-Z set list has evolved from the requests of patrons at our shows.

We like to play stuff you can listen to as well as dance to, and often take/grant requests from our audience. We LOVE bikers, are 81 friendly (13, too.....heh heh!),bikers love us. We are available for nightclubs, concerts and private functions, and can be surprisingly affordable.<---!$$$!---> Ya really owe it to yourself to check us out if ya dig rock-n-roll and blues.
