"We play good old fashioned Classic Hard Rock and Blues. Folks at our shows tell us they can't even get the local radio stations to play most of these songs, and NOBODY plays them in bars anymore. We're not all stiff and constipated musically and prefer to be spontaneous rather than play it safe and be bland. Being from a Bluesman background, I prefer to live in the moment, so ya never know what's comin' next. Ya know, nearly every band takes a while to get tight - but - in a large part 'cuz of Dave - we clicked from the first couple notes we played.
When I was telling Lefty from the Shaboo Inn about the band and its cover format, he told me "You can't go wrong giving folks the cake" and that's basically what we're trying to do - give the folks who see us a good time so they'll come back to see us again and hopefully bring a couple friends.
